My massage style is primarily relaxing and therapeutic. I believe touch has the power to heal, transform and reconnect us to a sense of wholeness. I also have come to find the best way to know if I’m the right massage provider for you is to have some conversation, by text or phone call beforehand to discuss what you are looking for in your session. Knowing something about you can help me prepare the room for the kind of experience you are seeking. I’ll also be curious about any injuries or surgeries that would require special consideration or focus. In any case, you’ll be assured of my undivided attention during your entire visit.

About Me

I enjoy creating environments for myself and others that invites us to slow down - to relax and to recover our sense of wholeness and connection to the physical world around us. In doing so, we may also reconnect with our inner world - our sense of ourselves in a way that allows us to feel grounded, centered and present.

I'm 5'8" tall and weigh 155. I enjoy caring for my physical body as well as my inner self. I meditate regularly and practice mindfulness in my daily life. I also enjoy travel, gardening, botany, film and a variety of arts including music and theater. I seriously enjoy eating terrific food and love to cook.

I was certified by the San Francisco School of massage in 2011.

Retreat

My studio, overlooking the garden and wooded hillside, is a warm, quiet space where you can retreat. Breathe deeply - turn your cell phone off - disengage from the demands of your life. I'll visit with you shortly, asking if there are any issues or needs you'd like me to pay special attention to during your session. You will receive a full body massage with pure fractionated coconut oil. This oil is clear and has no scent. The massage table is covered in soft linens that have been gently scented with essential oils of orange and mint. Music and natural sounds invite you to fall into a relaxed sense of presence. Filtered water is provided. A full bathroom in the studio allows you to shower before / after your session. If you have any questions or special requests, please let me know when you book your session. I'll do everything I can to provide you with a terrific experience.
